Summary0001495: BotServ 'private' option not being saved (or applied) to database.
DescriptionWhen setting the 'private' option to any BotServ bot (including ChanServ, NickServ, etc), the setting is not being saved to the database (or made 'live').
Steps To Reproduce1) Use: /msg BotServ set private ChanServ on
2) BotServ confirms that setting has been applied.
3) Use: /msg BotServ info ChanServ
4) No private option is displayed or set.
5) The 'oper_only' field in MySQL 'BotInfo' table remains '0' instead of '1'.
Additional InformationUsing latest Anope 1.9.9 GIT.
Using 'flatfile' database with 'db_sql' as secondary.
