|Summary||0001466: ns_ajoin, non-SSL users and SSL channels on InspIRCd|
|Description||On InspIRCd, which does not have a umode for SSL users but instead uses metadata for this, the ns_ajoin module's SSL check cannot correctly determine if a user is on SSL or not and erroneously attempts to join the user to the SSL channel.|
InspIRCd (tested with 2.0.10) luckily prevents this join and spits out an error to the user.
Anope should use this metadata to determine if a user is using SSL or not for IRCds with no umode for SSL. ratbox for example also seems to have no umode for this.
|Additional Information||From the moment InspIRCd sends "ssl_cert" (even if the user does not have a cert) it can be used to safely say the user is on an SSL connection.|
