Summary0001333: BotServ SET PRIVATE is not saving in the services DB when applied to default services bots (ChanServ, NickServ, etc...)
DescriptionThe "BOTSERV SET PRIVATE" option is not saved to the database when used on the default service bots (ChanServ, NickServ, etc...)

EXPECTED RESULTS:

Save the PRIVATE setting to the database when applied to ChanServ, NickServ, MemoServ, BotServ, HostServ, OperServ, and Global; using the BOTSERV SET PRIVATE command
Steps To Reproduce1) /MSG BOTSERV SET ChanServ PRIVATE ON
2) /MSG BOTSERV BOTLIST
---- (note that ChanServ is now listed in the "-BotServ- Bots reserved to IRC operators:" category

3) /MSG OPERSERV UPDATE (save services databases)
4) Restart Services

Results:

Observe that ChanServ is no longer listed in the "Bots reserved to IRC operators" category on /MSG BOTSERV BOTLIST; and there is no record in the services database indicating that it has the flag.
Additional InformationObserved in 1.9.5 and "Anope-1.9.6-g26c1d67-with-bacon-and-eggs (29)"

BOTSERV SET PRIVATE works correctly for other bots which were created using the BOTSERV BOT command; data for them is saved to the services database and correctly flags them as private.
