Summary0001062: BS ASSIGN sends revealing error messages to users without access
DescriptionBS ASSIGN returns a "bot already assigned" if you attempt to assign a bot already on a channel to that channel, even when you don't have access to ASSIGN in that channel. BS SAY/ACT returns a message stating there is no bot if used on a channel without a bot, even if you don't have the power to SAY/ACT on the channel.

This can reveal the bot on a channel, or the absence of a bot on the channel. This is minor information, but the check for permissions should still probably be done before these error messages can be sent.
