0001661: Channel old levels are still converted

It seems the following chan levels are not supported anymore on Anope 2 :

- AUTODEOP
- BANME
- CLEAR
- KICKME
- NOJOIN

But they are still converted by the module db_old, so they should be discarded.

Maybe not a big issue, but I suggested to remove useless infos.
They're kept stored for nothing :

SELECT levels FROM anope_ChannelInfo WHERE name = "#channel";

 ACCESS_CHANGE 10 ACCESS_LIST 1 AKICK 10 ASSIGN 10001 AUTODEOP -1 AUTOHALFOP 4 AUTOOP 5 AUTOOWNER 9999 AUTOPROTECT 10 AUTOVOICE 3 BADWORDS 10 BAN 5 BANME 5 CLEAR 10001 FANTASIA 3 FOUNDER 10000 GETKEY 5 GREET 5 HALFOP 5 HALFOPME 4 INFO 10001 INVITE 5 KICK 5 KICKME 5 MEMO 10 MODE 9999 NOJOIN -2 NOKICK 1 OP 5 OPME 5 OWNER 10001 OWNERME 9999 PROTECT 10001 PROTECTME 10 SAY 5 SET 10001 SIGNKICK 10001 TOPIC 10001 UNBAN 5 VOICE 5 VOICEME 3

I guess they are technically converted, but because 2.0 has no privilege block for them, it ends up not doing anything. I don't think that's any reason to discard them though.

Why do you think they are converted by db_old?
