0001474: Anope 1.8.7 and Unreal IRCd 3.2.10 Link Issue
It appears that something new in Unreal IRCd 3.2.10 has broken part of the link functionality in the Unreal 3.2 protocol in 1.8.7. More specifically relating to BotServ Bots. On Unreal 3.2.9, BotServ bots received usermodes +Sq, which they're supposed to. However, on Unreal 3.2.10, a /whois comes back with * [Bot] is using modes + . No modes. An Anope debug log shows the modes being sent (log in Additional information), but they don't show up in Unreal. Nickserv, Chanserv, etc. still receive their user modes, but BotServ bots do not.
Link Anope 1.8.7 to Unreal 3.2.9, and observe the usermodes shown in a /whois. Then link to 3.2.10 and do a /whois again.
