0001386: BotServ Assign

Description

I assign a normal services bot, Then assign another bot thats added automatically E.G BotServ. Then I go to reassign a normal bot it says its currently in the channel. CS Unassign BotName does nothing either - There is no bot assigned to #channel anymore. Nothing parted.

Steps To Reproduce

Assign a normal self-made bot
Assign something like chanserv or operserv
Go to reassign the first bot
-BotServ- Bot LukesBot is already assigned to channel #channel.
