0001173: HostServ vHost requests can only be activated; rejection does nothing

Description

When someone requests a vHost, it appears in the WAITING command of HostServ. When activated, it disappears from that WAITING list, but when rejected, it stays in the list (instead of disappearing). I'm not sure if this is intentional, but I thought I'd report it anyway.

Steps To Reproduce

-User123 requests new vHost through /hs request hi@a.vhost.here
-User with adequate services access enters /hs WAITING
-then /hs reject User123
-then /hs WAITING

(0005447) LEthaLity (manager) 2010-07-05 15:21	To add, it also is case-sensitive, nick LEthaL has a waiting vhost, /hs reject lethal will tell me "-HostServ- No request for nick lethal found", /hs reject LEthaL, will do as Muffin reported ( tell you its been rejected, but still show it in waiting and allow it to be activated).
