Summary0001172: Invalid passwords with the sha1 encmodule
DescriptionWith the sha1 encmodule certain passwords do not work. I am not sure if its either a character limit or a length issue.

A password such as "qLelD0X+CVq]nKKR4a&p3E5zruC=ljysI0RA" will let you register, but it will not let you identify.
Steps To ReproduceRegister with NickServ and use the password: "qLelD0X+CVq]nKKR4a&p3E5zruC=ljysI0RA", logout, and try and identify with this password. You will then see "Password incorrect."

This has been fixed in revision ca7769d8b4ecc070320a727dbe307872523a0766.
This fix only applies to new people registering with long passwords (over 32 characters). People that have already registered but can't identify can try only taking the first 32 characters of their password and identifying with it.
